How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Prescription lenses may require an additional 2-3 days for custom crafting.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, the eyewear must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that custom prescription lenses are non-refundable.
Are your sunglasses UV protected?
Yes, all Eyewearlabs sunglasses provide 100% UVA and UVB protection. Many of our models also feature polarized lenses to reduce glare and improve visual clarity.
How do I know if a frame will fit my face?
We provide detailed measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length) for every frame on the product page. You can also use our Virtual Try-On feature to see how any pair looks on your face in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Every pair of Eyewearlabs glasses comes with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear.
